| Thomsoncomputing-THBK2_10.32CTW | HP Sound disapear as soon as I go to Parameters ( HeadPhone, micro, webcam are still ok )

Hello,
This time it should be simpler :
ThomsonComputing-THBK2_10.32CTW with Fedora 35 Workstation
On my UltraPortable Webcam, Micro, HeadPhone and Sound on HP is OK ( Skype, mpv,… )
But If I simply open Parameters then immediatly the Sound is Off on HP and I cannot restart HP Sound…
In Fact it switchs automatically to HeadPhones as the Audio bytcht-es8316 is not listed on Parameters

AlsaMixerf says : that : bytcht-es8316 Thomsoncomputing-THBK2_10.32CT is Off.

Thanks fro your Help,
Best regards and Happy new Year !

I wanted to reinstall pulseaudio but

The following packages have to be installed:
 fftw-libs-single-3.3.8-11.fc35.x86_64	FFTW library, single precision
 pulseaudio-15.0-2.fc35.x86_64	Improved Linux Sound Server
pulseaudio-module-bluetooth-freeworld-1.4-8.fc35.x86_64	Bluetooth support for the PulseAudio sound server, supports aptX, LDAC codecs
The following packages have to be removed:
 pipewire-pulseaudio-0.3.40-1.fc35.x86_64	PipeWire PulseAudio implementation
Proceed with changes? [N/y

]

Should I proceed or Will I loose also HeadSet, Micro, WebCam ?

I have only tested with USB headPhone …

But when I use the Jack connector : I see that the dectection is in the ’ wrong way ’

If I connect the HeadPhone via the Jack connector : It enables the internal speaker which works OK !

If I disconnect the HeadPhone from the Jack connector : It does not detects the internal speaker and it proposes HeadPhone as excecutive output

Hi, if with pulse audio all your sound working correctly as you expected, you could switch back to pulse audio by following this documentation Common F35 Bugs.

But if you want to try configuring you current system, would you like to run cat /home/<YourUsername>/.local/state/wireplumber/default-*

Thanks !
