Thinkpad.acpi incompatibility with Fedora 44 (KDE plasma)(thinkpad T480)

So i encountered a weird issues and i have no idea on how to make a bug report…

I would like to know if i should just wait for an update that could fix it or get another machine instead…

On Thinkpad T480 - fedora 44 + KDE plasma. Muting the microphone (either with slider or force mute) breaks some keyboard keys like ‘‘i’’ and ‘‘k’’.

Bash
sudo modprobe -r thinkpad_acpi

Fixes it temporarily

bug comes back after reboot

tested with other linux distro, same bug happen. its on thinkpad side :frowning:
