The nvidia video card works worse than in Windows

Hello!

I installed Fedora instead of Windows on my home computer. Noticed the decline in video card performance in Blender when sculpting. Drivers on the video card installed using the instructions “https://www.if-not-true-then-false.com/2015/fedora-nvidia-guide/

The problem for me is serious … help me figure it out. What could be the problem. I’m sure that performance is reduced. I worked on the Windows with a million polygons, and in Fedora I have brakes with 40k …

$ nvidia-installer -v |grep version
   nvidia-installer:  version 430.14
$ uname -a
    Linux spiritpc 5.1.5-300.fc30.x86_64 #1 SMP Sat May 25 18:00:11 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
$ lspci |grep -E "VGA|3D"
   02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM206 [GeForce GTX 950] (rev a1)
