The nvidia video card works worse than in Windows

Hello!

I installed Fedora instead of Windows on my home computer. Noticed the decline in video card performance in Blender when sculpting. Drivers on the video card installed using the instructions “Fedora 38/37/36 NVIDIA Drivers Install Guide [535.43.02 / 530.41.03 / 525.116.04 / 515.105.01 / 470.182.03 / 390.157 / 340.108] :: If Not True Then False

The problem for me is serious … help me figure it out. What could be the problem. I’m sure that performance is reduced. I worked on the Windows with a million polygons, and in Fedora I have brakes with 40k …

$ nvidia-installer -v |grep version
   nvidia-installer:  version 430.14
$ uname -a
    Linux spiritpc 5.1.5-300.fc30.x86_64 #1 SMP Sat May 25 18:00:11 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
$ lspci |grep -E "VGA|3D"
   02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM206 [GeForce GTX 950] (rev a1)
