I came to Fedora from being on Arch based distros for 20 years. I am retired now. The AUR keeps getting had by bad actors. So - I read up and installed fedora.

I have an AMD 1950X Threadripper (16c/32t) 18tb of storage, and 64 Gb of ram and an AMD RX-9070XT GPU (256 bit bus). I always keep goo dbackups and it took me only a day to adjust to the way Fedora does things.
My wife was on EndeavourOS and I moved her over as well on her laptop. In our retirement we teach. We are both 70, and I retired doing sys admin type stuff.
Fedora is a nice break from “manual intervention required”…so I wanted to say THANK YOU to the community and especially the devs and volunteers and moderators!
