Systemd: update triggers scriptlet conflict

Hi there

Recently I got a scriptlet conflict with a systemd update and somehow expected this to be “self healing”, but with the next update the same issue arises.

Fedora 43, updating via dnf to systemd-0:258.3-2.fc43.x86_64 ends in completion of %triggerin scriptlet: systemd-0:258.3-2.fc43.x86_64 with scriptlet output:

>>> /usr/lib/sysusers.d/nm-openvpn-sysusers.conf:1: Conflict with earlier configuration f
```

That config comes from NetworkManager-openvpn-1.12.5-1.fc43.x86_64 without me altering it and contains a single line:

u! nm-openvpn - "NetworkManager OpenVPN" /var/lib/openvpn/chroot

Is this a common issue?
