Since a little while ago I am noticing system tray controls for volume and network seem to crash.
When I click on the volume icon it shows this message Sorry! there was an error loading audio volume and this message to copy to clipboard:

Same happens when I click in the network icon (which is now an earth button instead of the ethernet plug I usually see), it says “Sorry there was an error loading Networks!” and shows this message to copy to clipboard:

Other elements in the tray work such as screen brightness, clipboard.

edit:
whatever the reason was, going to themes and re-setting the theme completely even panels and all seemed to fix the issue after re-log in (the next session it started working again).
