Hi I have a laptop with a synaptic touchpad ( with the LED in top left ) but i cant disactivate the touchpad by 2 tap the led.

This likely won’t work under Wayland if you installed the synaptics
Xorg DDX driver.
I’m not sure what that feature would be called, but does it exist under a gsettings
? I do this to disable my touchpad with a USB mouse plugged in:
gsettings set 'org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.touchpad' 'send-events' 'disabled-on-external-mouse'
Thank you, there is also a gnome extension for that, I use it but I am looking for a solution to 2 tap at the top left of my touchpad to deactivate it and, that it lights its LED once deactivated.
