Can you add the eyes 
as one of the Discourse reactions? Implemented on Github, most notably.
Can be used to acknowledge a thread or reply — you may not quite understand what a chain of commands does and plan to verify later, adding this gesture as a matter of courtesy.

Github also supports the ‘confused’ reaction, which I mainly add to the nonsensical and low-quality replies. I’ve never doubted that implies anything else than tracking, following, “keeping my eyes on”; personally.
