Title says it all. I had been using Sunshine on F42 pretty regularly, and since having to reinstall after the F43 update, it isn’t working at all. I’m trying to run the command it’s prompting, but terminal keeps telling me that command isn’t recognized.
Fatal: You must run [sudo setcap cap_sys_admin+p $(readlink -f $(which sunshine))] for KMS display capture to work! If you installed from AppImage or Flatpak, please refer to the official documentation: Sunshine: Getting Started
Version 2025.924.154138
In the getting started documentation, all it’s telling me for Fedora is how to install via terminal, but all I get is
Updating and loading repositories:
Copr repo for stable owned by lizardbyte 100% | 4.3 KiB/s | 1.5 KiB | 00m00s
Repositories loaded.
Failed to resolve the transaction:
No match for argument: Sunshine
You can try to add to command line:
–skip-unavailable to skip unavailable packages
Am I missing something or is this just busted until a new Sunshine for F43 drops?
