this package is currently known for preventing properly upgrade to fc43 ,due to the “corefreq-service-starter”issue, if you plan to upgrade, please remove this package before upgrade. Fix is coming soon.

A temporary fix has been taken , by disabling that service, hopefully allowing smooth upgrade

After installation, please reboot or manually start the service with sudo systemctl start corefreqd.service

SOLVED

now you can keep it just like nvidia driver, leave it there during upgrade to fc43

if missing initramfs after update please use this command
sudo dracut --force --kver 6.17.5-300.fc43.x86_64

Due to the poor stability of attempting to make the kernel work immediately after installation, version 27 switched to an NVIDIA-like mode where you have to reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.
