Working fine for over five hours. F44 KDE Plasma decided to freeze not even switch tty worked.

Are you intentionally using nouveau or did the nvidia driver not properly load?

Hopefully it is only a broken GPU driver. I tried this, see how it goes:

sudo dnf update -y # and reboot if you are not on the latest kernel
sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia # rhel/centos users can use kmod-nvidia instead
sudo dnf install xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda #optional for cuda/nvdec/nvenc support
