Steam notifications in the middle of the screen?

I’ve got Steam installed and have a multimonitor setup, 1440p primary on the left, 1080p secondary on the right. Steam notifications show up on the right side of the 1440 screen, but up from the bottom, likely in line with the bottom of a 1080p display.

I’ve been trying to read up on this, and most threads indicate this was solved with updates to Plasma or Steam a while back, but I’m just not sure where to ask about this, so I’m starting here.

I tried that Big Picture trick already, cause it’s about the only thing I could find to try to fix it. It didn’t help.
