Steam install with snap

It seems the only option to install steam on F43 is snap.

Is it true that being snap makes it impossible to have other apps like keepassXC to communicate with snap like entering pasword and username? Even paste is not working properly as the popup menu appears at the wrong location and only contains Undo and Copy.

are there working way of installing steam?

It’s visible for me in Discover. (In fact, it appears twice - once for the RPMFusion package and once for the Flatpak. Both of those are more common ways of using Steam in Fedora, compared to the Snap.)

If you go to the Settings in Discover, do you see the RPMFusion repo enabled…

I recommend using the RPMfusion version of Stream as seems to have a fewer issues. Which is what I use on f43 KDE plasma desktop.
