Description
Nohang is a highly configurable daemon for Linux which is able to correctly prevent out of memory (OOM) and keep system responsiveness in low memory conditions.
Note: nohang is available in official Fedora and EPEL 7, 8 repos. Updates in Copr will be only for SUSE now.
Installation Instructions
sudo dnf copr enable atim/nohang -y && sudo dnf install nohang
To install desktop version:
sudo dnf install nohang-desktop
Run
systemctl enable --now nohang
