You need to provide enough detail to allow others with access to similar hardware to reproduce the issue. First ensure that Fedora and vendor firmware are up to date so it is easy for others to match versions as well as avoiding time wasted on a solved problem. Then post the output from running inxi -ezxx in a terminal. You may need to install inxi. Post output as pre-formatted, web-discoverable text to ensure maximum visibility (“given enough eyeballs, all Linux problems are trivial”).
Do you have any speakers?
The BIOS is up to date and the OS too
My device is Huawie mateBook core i3 8GB

There are a lot of issues with Huawei Matebooks running Fedora and Linux in general, I do not think this will be so easy to fix.
I woukd certainly add huawei matebook to any searches you make while looking for solutions.
As @theprogram noted, Linux support on your model is problematic. You can try https://github.com/Smoren/huawei-ubuntu-sound-fix. If that fails, a quick workaround is to use a USB audio dongle with ear buds or an external sound system. I have often done this while waiting/searching for solutions to on-board audio problems. BlueTooth headphones may work.
