Trying out the SOAS spin (live usb) based on Fedora 43. Get passed login and simply get a back screen and mouse movable arrow. That’s it. Would actually like to install in on hard disk, but can’t see how to get a terminal. Anyone else with this problem?
I have the exact same issue. I’ve redownloaded the ISO multiple times and used a few different USB thumb drives. The issue is consistent. I’ve tested on multiple computers as well. I have never had a different experience with SOAS 43 than the one you described.
Same here, different usb sticks, two different laptops, old and new. Too bad!
Unfortunately, ISO appears to be broken at this time. Going to investigate more as I want to try this spin.
For now as a workaround, I tried Trisquel Sugar Toast, another workaround I am going to try is getting the Fedora i3 Spin and installing the Sugar DE on it as this gentleman said: Fedora 35 SoaS ISO is broken - #2 by oprizal
