So I was booting fedora on my pc every thing was going well when that show up,

I don’t know a cause of that but it my be an a is issue with gpu or booting device, and the same thing happen when I tried boot testing.

There should be a “Basic Graphics Mode” option when booting that might work around that problem. I think it just adds nomodeset to the kernel command line.
