on after a first install of Silverblue my mouse scroll used to scroll properly like say take an example opening https://fedoraproject.org/ on say firefox, zen browser, brave or any other browser a good 3-5 scroll would completely scroll to the bottom of the page but now after doing updates and all now doing the above same task take about 9-11 scrolls to reach the bottom. Another example is using super+mouse scroll to change workspace on gnome it would take one scroll but not i have to to scroll twice on mouse to change the workspace.
