Sleep/Standby/Suspend doesn't work properly / Kernel errorlog / F37

Running Fedora 37 (option not available in the labels section)

I have an issue where when I resume operation on the PC after having it go to sleep, the screen remains dark and I can’t do anything, with the screen not receiving anything to display. When I switch to tty2 I am able to see the cursor and even move it, but still can’t do anything. In tty3 I get access to the terminal, where I reboot the machine (which took an unusual amount of time) only to receive an errorlog, which apparently doesn’t have anything to backtrace that can then be send on automatically.

not-reportable : The backtrace does not contain enough meaningful function frames to be reported. It is annoying but it does not necessarily indicate a problem with your computer. ABRT will not allow you to create a report in a bug tracking system but you can contact kernel maintainers via e-mail.

Seeing as it recommends contacting someone about this kernel issue, I figured I would do it here while describing the steps that I have taken.
