Silverblue and DisplayLink

The title says it all. Is there a way to get a DisplayLink dock to work with Silverblue? The only officially supported distro is Ubuntu but there is a collection of scripts to build the needed modules here: GitHub - displaylink-rpm/displaylink-rpm: RPM sources for the DisplayLink USB display adapters

Even if that succeeds, what are the chances you can then layer it in on the image? Or maybe it’s there ready to be layered in already and I just don’t know the name of the packages needed?

Sorry for the delayed reply here. @mclasen pointed me to [RFE] add kernel modules · Issue #211 · fedora-silverblue/issue-tracker · GitHub, which in turn leads to GitHub - kmods-via-containers/kmods-via-containers. That’s a little dated, but I think still is the recommended approach for things like this.
