Silverblue 41 - application windows start to flicker/jitter on dual monitor mode

  • Built-in display: 1366x768 - 60Hz
  • Second display: DELL 27" - 1920x1080 - 60Hz - Scale 100%
  • No GPUs

Hi,
So I just noticed that ALL window applications start to present some sort of flickering or jittering when I plug my second monitor and set “join displays” (extend monitor). The scroll stops working correctly, videos start to present stuttering.

If I set only ONE screen (either the built-in OR the external) the windows start to behave normally.

Any tips what could be?

This might be a kernel bug. The kernel version that you are reporting however is unexpectedly old so that looks odd.
