Since this conversation has stalled, we’re going to mark the ticket as deferred. Not that it’s bad, just that we don’t want to give the false impression that someone is currently driving it forward.
For the next step, we need a draft framework / rubric, with general expectations and guidelines for setting benchmarks, etc. This doesn’t need to come from the council — or from Neal.
