SELinux detects multiple problems with normal system processes

I’ve been experiencing this problems with SELinux since Fedora 41, before I upgraded to Fedora 42. I try to keep my system up to date but that’s not the solution to this problem. SELinux detects multiple problems with normal system processes such as systemd processes, dnf when I update the system, podman when I run a container, sometimes with git, and I think it could causes some applications such as chromium based browsers crashes.
Here is the screenshot of SELinux Troubleshooter alert list.

Try running sudo fixfiles onboot on the terminal and restarting. Note that after restarting, it might take a while for the system to boot.

I tried it, but it didn’t work. The SELinux Troubleshooter is showing the same alerts. Could that be because I have installed the systemd bootloader instead of the grub bootloader?
Most of the processes are trying to access to this file /run/systemd/efivars/SystemdOptions-8cf2644b-4b0b-428f-9387-6d876050dc67
