Second screen not recognized after upgrade to Fedora 31

Well, at the moment I can’t say much more.

lspci:

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation UHD Graphics 630 (Mobile) [8086:3e9b] (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: NVIDIA Corporation GP107GLM [Quadro P1000 Mobile] [10de:1cbb] (rev a1) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])

As far as I can see, drivers are installed properly.

xrandr shows only one screen:

Hi @pueffl welcome to the community.

Unfortunately there was another mate with same issue he did a fresh install and this work.

If you see in your output your external monitor is not listed not showed at all. Looking in the internet i did found this post what looks like to be related with your issue this is actual and they found a workaround while nvidia fix the issue. Try read the whole post is very informative and i think this fight good to the problem than you did describe.

Other post than can show some help too.

I hope this can help you a bit.

Regards.

This is/was a bug in Fedora. It seems that Fedora is not able to recognize the monitor when die display settings in UEFI is not ‘dedicated’, so that only my Nvidia card is used.
