Scrolling with chrome is too fast

hi , working with latest version 43 kde spin , and have a problem with scrolling in chrome .
on my laptop touchpad it’s way too fast /sestivie .

i dont want to lower the global scrolling speed settings cause it will make the rest of the system too slow .

any suggestions ?

the smooth scrolling does not change the issue , the other one " windows scrolling personality " does not exist in chrome flags .

Have you tried the extension Smooth Scroll? It lets you adjust the scrolling with very fine tuned steps
