Scrolling by touchscreen Does Not Work in Top Bar Fedora 42 Workstation

Problem: When using the touchscreen to scroll the application list with your finger it will not work. Anywhere else scrolling seems to work in windows but not in the top bar applications list.

Variable: I am using from extensions openbar which allows you to styleize the bar & move it from top to bottom. I do not know if this pretains to the issue or not just noting this is what I have that affects the top bar.

Workaround: plugin a mouse click & drag.

Sorry I apologize it was a bit confusing with the explanations where it goes thanks for putting it in the right place. I hope this can be fixed.
