Samsung tablet to fedora 36 laptop

hi, ive been using a samsung tablet to photgraph my business paper work and transfer the images to my laptop via usb connection for a while now. but today when i tried i get the following error message,

oops Something went wrong
Unhandled error message: The name is not activatable.

any help appreciated as i need to be able to do my accounts on line

This does not help this what you are doing but i would recommend just reboot your tab and try again if that works.

rebooted and still get the error

Can you tell us more what kind of error it is what you want to go and if possible some screenshot or something like that.
