I am using Fedora 43 on XFCE4, and just now I found this strange issue I could not find much help for.
When I login through the latest kernel installed on my system (6.19.10), my network does not work. nmcli does not show my wlan connection (wlp2s0) and even though the ethernet connection is visible, it does not work when I try to connect via mobile tethering. nmcli general status returns STATE as disconnected and CONNECTIVITY as none.
Logging in from an older kernel (info listed below) makes the network function again.
