Rpmfusion New Refreshed 580 Driver is Causing Keyboard Issues on Some Programs

I have rolled back the driver to rpmfusion 580 driver and version locked it.

This is not an appropriate solution, though it may work for a while. The solution for the GTX 1080 card and fedora 44 is given in this common issue post.
