Rpm fails to install : can't verify "no digest"

Trying to install Schneider APC serial shutdown on Fedora 44
pcssagent-1.6.0-301-EN.x86_64.rpm will not install - does not verify: no digest.

Searching for an answer:
Remoteutils identify this might be due to security lockdown and it may have been built with MD5 algorithm check.
Is there any way to overide this and install the package?

PowerChute Serial Shutdown officially only supports Red Hat and Suse Enterprise Linux. See compatibility chart.

Ok I got it to install on Fedora 44

I used this command and exact path:

sudo rpm -ivh --nodigest --nosignature /home/me/Downloads/pcssagent-1.6.0-301-EN.x86_64/pcssagent-1.6.0-301-EN.x86_64.rpm
