Requests to src.fedoraproject.org blocked by Anubis

Hi Fedora folks,

I’m not sure where I can direct this question, any help or directions to a better place would be greatly appreciated.
We (Ericsson’s Open Source division, EST) are using [src.fedoraproject.org] as an origin for a remote repo in Artifactory.
Recently a number of builds have been failing as a result of Anubis blocking our requests. While the way past this for other legitimate use cases is clear - we are not sure how we can get our Artifactory system to reliably fetch sources from fedora.
If anyone could advise on the best location to direct this request please let us know.

I’m not sure what the current state of the Anubis version is at present. There was an update to a new Anubis version (I’m not sure if that was rolled back of if its active) but you may want to look at this specific bug report comment on a different service being run out of Fedora infrastructure that provides a hint with regard to expected client headers.

https://github.com/fedora-infra/anitya/issues/1966#issuecomment-3564680833

Quoting the ticket:
"Can you try setting user-agent and accept header?

The latest anubis seems to challenge when those are not set"

I responded on the infra team’s discussion too - One does not simply get Artifactory to send Accept headers to generic remote repos, but I am trying.
Digging into Anubis in more detail now to see what Artifactory will allow me to send that Anubis might be happy with…
Many thanks for your advice on this.
