I would like to be automatically notified via RSS/Atom feed whenever a new stable Fedora releases. Can we please add a release feed to the Fedora homepage?

None of those are helpful. The release page itself deserves a feed. The existing feeds contain much too much noise. I specifically only want to receive notifications for stable Fedora version releases, not general discussion or other miscellany.
In that case you should probably move this topic to Site Help & Feedback and specifically ask for a stable-release sub-category to be created.
