Request for "spiritual bypass" option for age verification at the OS level

For any technological solution(s) implementing California law AB 1043 and similar laws elsewhere, please also implement a “spiritual bypass” capability in Fedora for the Supreme Cleric and Article III affiliates of the Church of Open Source Software and Hardware, especially those of Denomination #1772732140.

We firmly hold that California law AB 1043, and similar laws, violate the Fundamental Human Right to Anonymity as defined in the religious Core Belief doctrines of the Church of Open Source Software and Hardware. We further hold that we have the right to free expression of religion under the United States Constitution and that California law AB 1043 and similar laws directly violate our free expression of religion rights as established by case law and precedent. Further, but to a lesser extent, California law AB 1043 and similar laws implicitly criminalize all users of OSes that have chosen not to comply, which we hold violates due process rights, especially the presumption of innocence, established under the United States Constitution, case law, and precedent.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please forward to any legal counsel at Fedora for their consideration in how Fedora and Red Hat intends to proceed with any technological implementation(s).

all this because Zuckaburg doesn’t want to enforce age verification on his sites so he lobbies for all of the OS to be forced to do it instead of his sites and apps where it truly belongs.

I think it cost him more to lobby than to pay programmers so he is compliant. I do believe people should battle it with a secular approach.

I am not a lawyer but as plan b it might work. Hope, we wont found out nor need it.
