Have you looked at https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/unread ? This should include all topics, tags, and categories which you are watching or tracking. In fact, I just changed my default view to that.
How did you do that? I tried quickly to see how to change the default, but the answer did not jump out to me intuitively.
