Browsing the apps I have installed in Discover, I was about to remove Z003, “An alternative font for ITC Zapf Chancery typeface”, when the list of other packages showed:

You very probably do not want to remove all those packages.
Maybe try it as dnf remove <Z003 package name> --noautoremove to see if it still wants to remove something that is better kept.
Thanks for the suggestion, sudo dnf remove urw-base35-z003-fonts --noautoremove
does still list all those for removal. I’m not going to remove them.
I would guess then that your indicated font package is a base for others so should be left alone.
