I used to have a windows indtalled but it was past i have deleted that partition but it still showing windows network
That is not an issue and can be simply ignored.
Files (nautilus) is simply showing that if there were a windows machine with file sharing enabled it could search for and possibly connect. It is not showing that there is actually a windows network connection available.
It is no different than when you actually had windows installed in dual boot. It showed the windows network icon but there was no active windows machine to connect to when you were booted to fedora.

As @computersavvy mentioned, if you have samba working on your network it will show you the shares on your system or on other servers if it is correctly configured. It also shows the printers where are available over samba.
