Greetings..I did some check and it seems that after beta update of cosmic, 2 new updates broke some cosmic packages.. I tried to reinstall whole cosmic DE but DNF refuses to do so, it is logical because im running fedora 43 cosmic spin )no other DEs involved. So Is there a easy way to completely reinstall cosmic DE or this is normal cause beta is still kind of unfinished version..Please help..
Command with which i checked is: journalctl -b | grep cosmic and i will paste one part of output: Nov 01 17:23:19 fedora cosmic-comp[1781]: Client bug: Unable to re-configure repositioned popup.
Nov 01 17:23:28 fedora sudo[5356]: matija : TTY=pts/0 ; PWD=/home/matija ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/usr/sbin/dnf5 group install cosmic-desktop-environment

Not sure if this works with groups but try
sudo dnf reinstall @cosmic-desktop-environment
You can alter your desktops from a new tty, press
ctrl+alt+f3
and login there to make your changes
Output was: sudo dnf reinstall @cosmic-desktop-environment
[sudo] password for matija:

Complete! So it seems like he has nothing to do or refuses to reinstall it..i use fedora cosmic spin from version 42 upgraded to version 43
If the updates that broke cosmic were not part of the F42 to F43 upgrade, you can roll them back with DNF History commands. You can read about that at Chapter 9. Handling package management history | Managing software with the DNF tool | Red Hat Enterprise Linux | 9 | Red Hat Documentation

Glad to be of help, come back anytime.
It dosent solve the problem but at the same time it does. It gives the same output, which means that with cosmic beta/fedora cosmic updates is everything allright, it is not finished so many things listed there arent functioning and will in stable state of Cosmic i assume. So i just needed to roll back to first beta update of cosmic and see the output (it is same), and now everything is clear..so yes this is solved
