Rebase to local images of silverblue

I’m asking here since I just can’t find the answer anywhere! Would it be possible to rebase Silverblue to an image built locally? I can push my images to ghcr.io just fine and rebase to them, but I’d love to skip that step and not have to set up a local repo while the data I need is already on my machine and available.
