Reading list for change management

Hi all! During the Council face-to-face today, we briefly discussed some books, readings, and other resources about change management.

To follow up on @mattdm’s CTA for sharing some resources, I am opening a thread for people to share some of your best practices and advice. A sentence or two about why you like it is also good!

I like the ADKAR model. It was introduced in Change Management: The People Side of Change by Hiatt & Creasy and further developed in ADKAR: A Model for Change. I think I should re-read them, I haven’t read them since 2011 or so when I was in grad school (wow, was it really that long ago?!).

The two methods do have one concept in common, goal oriented change management. @bcotton 2011 was only approx a decade ago. I won’t mention the year I graduated.
