Has anyone else noticed the new feature where, I guess when hovering over an icon for too long, or honestly, no clue what trigers it, the KDE desktop is overtaken by pop up windows which show open apps? If so I would love to know how to disable until the kinks are worked out. The new upgrade is great and a perfect combo with 43 coming out, but this is pretty buggy and difficult to work around.
Are you putting your cursor into a “hot corner”? See the “Screen Edges” in System Settings for an overview. I have top right configured to show me an Overview of every active application, which sounds like it might be the thing you’re describing.
No, it is from the task bar…initially I thought it might have been my touch pad acting weird but then start up on my desktop too. I think it is a new feature but can’t see where or what it would be.
Here’s a video of the task switcher randomly blinking when hovering over the task bar. Mostly though it will pop up like and kind of freeze it freeze.
Here it is, sorry the blinking video didn’t go through here you can see it just kind of freezes into that arrangement- sometimes horizontally in middle of screen to.
