I’ll let you know in a couple of days whether I’ve had the problem.
After updating to kernel 6.7.7-200 i have not seen any issues yet.
After a few days it still happens but it seems less frequent. @stephaneklein did you had any issues since?
For me issue got resolve with kernel 6.7.11-200

I fixed this on Debian 12 Stable by switching to X11 Windowing protocol… It just works fine. Newer kernel is not required.
So far no wake up issues, I tried overnight sleep, 1m, 15m and various other random sleep by closing the lid.
My laptop: T16 Gen1 AMD 6850U laptop (21ch-21cj)
