On February 15, I downgraded from kernel 6.7.4 to kernel 6.6.7, this fixed my problem 
(see detail).
15 days later, on March 1, I applied all the Fedora 39 updates and I’ve noticed since 24 hours that my initial problem seems to be fixed .
Bugs in question:
- Bug 2262577 - kernel-6.7.4 broken suspend (QCNFA765 ath11k)
- Asus Zephyrus G14 GA402 - Suspend not working reliably since Kernel 6.6.8
