Whenever audio starts or stops, a small pop can be heard that’s always the same volume, regardless of what the system volume is.
From a bit of research online, this seems to be due to wireplumber suspension. I’ve tried the guide on the Arch Wiki that is about this issue but that didn’t work. I tried the options snd_hda_intel power_save=0 solution, that didn’t work either. I tried commenting out the lines of wireplumber.conf that related to suspend-node.lua.
Every solution that I have found online seems to have not worked, and I am unsure where to read up to learn about how to fix this. If anyone knows anything that could be even remotely pertinent, or if anyone could point me in the right direction to learn about how to fix you, I would be very grateful.
The computer I am using is a Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 13.
The distro is Fedora Workstation 43.
Thanks!
