Yeah it is. I use it from time to time.
JUST TO BE SHURE:
The characteristics I care about are offline stuff.
This software can:
- Make a “mental list” (temporary file) of “the batch of things you want to copy/cut-paste” by “dropping them in the wish-bucket”.
- It allows for multiple wish-buckets-
- When you are “done shopping” for the files you care about, you can drop them in the new folder.
- If multiple batches are created, and both go to the Same Drive they will go in queue instead of fighting for the right of being copied first.
1-3 is correct. I don’t know about 4. I never used multiple “buckets”. In my opinion it’s not a necessary feature because you can drop files from anywhere in a single bucket, to be later copied to a single destination.

Absolutely good enough!
It circumvents the “copy queues” for the obvious reason that “the reason why they’d come to be is because one can not select multiple items from multiple folders at the same time (at least with ease) either from a Graphical User Interface NOR from the Konsole”!
.
It may “be a little slower than ideal”, but it’s faster and more convenient than NOT having it!!!

When I needed it in the past, I used to use DoubleCommander.
