Problem with headphones - Creative SXFI

Hi, I have been having a problem for about 3 months with Creative headphones. At startup, when the headphones are on and plugged in, the system detects them correctly and I can use them. Unfortunately, the moment the headphones turn off or are simply unplugged from the USB port, they are not detected by the OS again when plugged in. I tried on several systems: PopOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Manjaro and now Fedora. The same problem appears each time - on Windows this problem does not exist. Asking for help, is it a driver issue or broken headphones?

If anybody wonder, they do work if I power them on during boot:
