Printer options in GNOME are not fully accessible because of cropped drop-down lists

Problem

If you add a new printer in GNOME Settings or you want to edit an existing one, there is a Printing Options dialog for each printer. However, in Fedora 36, you can’t easily select all available values for options like Paper size or Paper type, because some of the values get cropped (by the screen edge on one side, and by the drop-down border on the other side). It is not possible to scroll the list to display all available values.

Cause

The printer dialog has been upgraded to GTK4 graphical toolkit, but it currently has a problem that drop-down lists can’t be scrolled.
