Preserve Battery Health feature missing after upgrading to kernel 7.1.2-200.fc44

Hi,

I followed the Fedora Kernel 7.1 Test Week guide and installed kernel-7.1.2-200.fc44 :

After rebooting into the new kernel, I noticed that the Preserve Battery Health feature is no longer available. It was present before upgrading to this kernel.
