I know probably a thousand people Have asked for this but I think it would be amazing for fedora to come pre-installed with: dash to dock, system monitor, tiling assistant and user themes and maybe desktop icons NG (DING) and removable drive media disabled but still installed (I was on fedora forums but I was told to come here: Pre installed extensions)
Also minimise and maximise buttons turned on in gnome tweaks

Unfortunately the Extensions are mostly the cause of problems, that’s why we do not really deliver a lot of them preinstalled. In reality we are very close to that what the Gnome community is delivering.
What you can do is to write your selves a script to automate the after install of such tweaks.
Here my notes I made to personalize my Gnome Desktop. Some of them come with a link to this forum where I took the ideas from.
As an example the Max/Minimize buttons you can make visible this way (see point 11 from my list):
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences button-layout ":minimize,maximize,close" #Gnome Windows, min;max;close
