On the last day, I entered the settings and realized that the Power plan, where you choose 3 options (Performance, Balance, and Power Saving), had disappeared. I think due to an update in my terminal.

Can you please provide more information? What Fedora version is this, when did you update? The output of fpaste --dnfinfo --printonly would be very useful (note that this may take a few minutes if you have not used dnf as a non-root user, since it updates the cache first).

This is a workstation on power, though. I haven’t checked my laptop when it’s unplugged to see if that shows a different set of settings. What does the “power saving” tab show?

For ThinkPads and selected other laptops it provides a unified way to configure charge thresholds and recalibrate the battery.
