Hi,
Just thought I would share this information here since it’s not easily found. Most searches just lead to Steam’s own save game location. But if you install a game using PortProton of course it doesnt end up in Steam’s save location.
So if you need to backup or perhaps replace your save game files go to
/home/[username]/PortProton/prefixes/DEFAULT/drive_c
and there you will find the same organization as Windows, so check in the “My Games” folder or “Documents” folder. Some games even have their own main folder.
